As an ARTE Scholar you are required to participate in all general sessions and workshops designated for scholars beginning Friday, January 15th at 3:30pm through Monday, January 18th at 12:00pm including the half-day Mini Cosmetic Symposium held on Monday. Upon checkin to the conference, you will receive information on required workshops and will be scanned into all sessions to verify attendance.

Failure to meet the full attendance requirement as stated above will result in forfeiture of your scholarship, reimbursement to ODAC for your portion of hotel room costs, and disqualification for all conference awards and prizes.
