If a reg bag insert, cosmeceutical session or chemical peel was included with your sponsorship, submit the name of the product or flyer you will be including. Please send enough items for the sessions below:

Registration Bag Insert: 700 items
Cosmeceutical Session: 200 full or sample size products
Chemical Peel: 2 peels

IMPORTANT: All product must be shipped using the box label here and should arrive by January 15th. Please DO NOT ship with your booth materials.
