Shipping, Booth Supplies & Exhibit Hall Information
GES is the official exposition service provider of ODAC. Please click “Order Booth Supplies” below to place your order for supplies and schedule shipping.

Please read through the information on each item below BEFORE clicking the button to submit your information.

An email was sent to you containing your log-in information to submit your company logo, description, name badges and required information for registration bag inserts, cosmeceutical session product and/or chemical peel session product.
Please use the email address and confirmation number included on the email to upload this information or update existing submissions. If you did not receive the email and you have checked your spam filter, please email [email protected]
Product Name and Tracking Number Submission For Registration Bag Inserts, Cosmeceutical Session Product, or Chemical Peel Session Product
IMPORTANT: All product must be shipped using the box label here and should arrive by January 14th. Please DO NOT ship with your booth materials.
No shipments will be accepted onsite at the JW Marriott or by the JW Marriott Fedex Office. You MUST ship all material to the GES Advance Warehouse by January 14th, 2020. If you have last minute shipments that will arrive after January 14th, please contact Emily Lynch-Fries at [email protected] for approval and the correct shipping address.
If a reg bag insert, cosmeceutical session or chemical peel was included with your sponsorship, submit the name of the product or flyer you will be including no later than December 16th. Please submit the tracking number no later than January 7th.

Cosmeceutical Session: 200 full or sample size products

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee that any registration bag items not shipped with the correct Show Management label will be placed in the Attendee Registration Bags.
Material handling charges apply for any boxes shipped to “Show Management.” For more information please see GES Material Handling.
Company Logo, 25 Word Description and Website URL
Please submit your company logo and 25 word description upon signing to be included in onsite materials. Include the company website URL at the end of your 25 word description.
Name Badge Form
Exhibitors receive two (2) complimentary name badges unless otherwise specified in your agreement. Additional staff are required to pay a registration fee of $500 per person. When clicking the link below to upload your information, you will have the option to purchase additional name badges.
Additional Services and Information
Included below is additional information needed to secure power and technology for your booth and reserve hotel rooms. Please note, lead retrieval will be available soon. The pre-conference registration list will be available 2 weeks prior to ODAC.
Hotel Reservations
The conference rate is available until December 18th or until the block sells out.

These companies may contact you directly to offer housing for the meeting via phone or through websites designed to deceive attendees and exhibitors.
Do not give your credit card information or make any reservations via phone or website, other than through the information provided in the link below from our official housing provider the JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes.
