The ODAC Branding Package is an optional package meant to advertise your company to attendees above and beyond what is included in the basic exhibitor package. Attendees will see and interact with your brand in with the additional branding opportunities below.
All Branding Package items are due on December 17th, 2021.
Anything submitted after this deadline, we cannot guarantee inclusion in onsite print or digital materials.

There are three types of Sponsored Ads for ODAC 2022. Before submitting your ads, please review the size requirements for each ad type below.

2550 pixels wide x 3300 pixels tall, PDF ONLY, no crop marks/bleed
Please Note: We are unable to resize any ads that are submitted the wrong size. Please make sure the pixel ratio is correct before submitting!

Sponsored Push Notification
Push Notifications show up as a pop up messages on the ODAC 2022 Onsite App.
Push Notifications must be plain text, and less than 500 characters. Push Notifications are clickable and will link to your company website.

Sponsored Event Feed Posts
Sponsored Event Feed Posts are posted to the event-wide activity feed from ODAC 2022 on your behalf. Think of this like a social media news feed post on the onsite mobile app. They can contain text, images and links. Attendees can comment on and like these posts.

Sponsored Email Blast
ODAC can send a Sponsored Email Blast to all attendees on your behalf. Your company would be responsible for providing the raw HTML for the email blast, and ODAC would sent it out from [email protected] on your behalf. An email blast could include things like:
- Your Company Logo & Name
- Company Description
- Call to action to visit your booth
- A link to your website
- Information about a special promotion or giveaway during the conference

Sponsored Social Media Posts
ODAC will publish a featured social media post on all of our channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. The post can contain information about your company, new products, research, sponsor page promotion and more.
