We are inviting dermatology residents and fellows from US programs to participate and attend the ODAC Dermatology Conference, January 15 – 18, 2027, at the Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek, Orlando, Florida.
ARTE Program Grant Outline

MedscapeLIVE! will provide you with a complimentary registration to the conference.

Meals are provided as indicated on the program agenda.

MedscapeLIVE! will cover up to three nights shared and single room accommodations at the Hilton by Signia Bonnet Creek between January 15 – 18, 2027.

Early applicants are given priority for single room accommodations.

If assigned a shared occupancy room, you will be assigned another scholarship recipient as your roommate (you will have the option to request a specific roommate from the scholarship on your application or you will be assigned one).

Resident/Fellow’s Commitment
You are required to participate in all general sessions, bonus presentations, symposiums, and workshops beginning Friday, January 15, through Monday, January 18. Upon check-in to the conference, you will receive information on required sessions and will be scanned into all sessions to verify attendance.
Failure to meet the full attendance requirements as stated above will result in the forfeiture of your scholarship/award. Penalties to include reimbursement to MedscapeLIVE! for your hotel room cost and disqualification from all conference awards and prizes.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON CANCELLATION
You must cancel by October 19, 2026. If you cancel after Monday, October 19, you will be responsible for a $250 charge per night to offset your hotel room costs.
Qualifications

Dermatology residency/fellowship must be in the US

Letter of verification from residency/fellowship program – IDs and Hospital Badges are not accepted.
Selection Criteria
Following the application deadline, all materials will be submitted to a committee for review and selection.

Ability and willingness to adhere to scholarship commitment, as described above
