Exhibitor/Sponsor Badge Registration
Deadline: Friday, December 19, 2025
Exhibitors/Sponsors receive two (2) exhibitor/sponsor badges to ODAC 2026, unless otherwise specified in your sponsorship agreement. Badges must be worn during all conference functions. Exhibitor/Sponsor badges provide access to the Exhibit Hall and their sponsored Industry Expert Session/Bonus Presentation. Exhibitor/sponsors cannot attend Bonus Presentations sponsored by companies with which they are not affiliated.
Access to general sessions is subject to available seating. If general sessions reach capacity, exhibitors/sponsors will not be permitted to attend. If admitted into the general session, exhibitors/sponsors must remain in the back of the room and are not allowed to engage in Q&A sessions or discussions. For guaranteed access into general sessions, you must register for an “Industry” badge. Contact Kristina Cerniauskas to learn more.

Booth Cancellations/Refund Policy
Should Company cancel booth space prior to July 14, 2025, company will receive a 75% refund; cancellation from July 14 – November 17, 2025, company will receive a 50% refund; after November 17, 2025, no refunds will be given.
