Hotel Room Door Drops
Deadline to submit proof: Monday, December 1, 2025

Please ship a your hotel room door drops to the venue. Shipping instructions and can be found on the Sponsor/Exhibitor Dashboard. MedscapeLIVE! will receive your door drops and provide them to the hotel staff to distribute to guest hotel rooms on the scheduled delivery date and time that is confirmed with you by the MedscapeLIVE! team.

  • Quantity to Ship: 500
  • Format: no larger than 8.5” x 11” and no thicker than one cardstock paper to ensure it fits underneath the hotel’s guest room doors
