Exhibitor/Sponsor Badge Registration

Exhibitors/Sponsors receive two (2) exhibitor/sponsor badges to ODAC, unless otherwise specified in your sponsorship agreement. Badges must be worn during all conference functions. Exhibitor/Sponsor badges provide access to the Exhibit Hall and their sponsored Industry Expert Session/Bonus Presentation. Exhibitor/sponsors cannot attend Bonus Presentations sponsored by companies with which they are not affiliated.
Access to general sessions is subject to available seating. If general sessions reach capacity, exhibitors/sponsors will not be permitted to attend. If admitted into the general session, exhibitors/sponsors must remain in the back of the room and are not allowed to engage in Q&A sessions or discussions. For guaranteed access into general sessions, you must register for an “Industry” badge. Contact Kristina Cerniauskas to learn more.

Should Company cancel booth space prior to July 13, 2026, company will receive a 75% refund; cancellation from July 13 – November 16, 2026, company will receive a 50% refund; after November 16, 2026, no refunds will be given.
