Sponsor & Exhibitor Registration
All sponsors and exhibitors receive two (2) complimentary registrations to ODAC 2022 unless otherwise specified in your agreement. These registrations or “name badges” are intended for your onsite booth representatives. Each booth representative will need a registration badge to gain access to the Exhibit Hall. ALL BOOTH REPRESENTATIVES WILL NEED TO WEAR A REGISTRATION BADGE AT ALL TIMES. For security and safety no exceptions will be made onsite.
In order to register your booth reps, you will need your “Sponsor or Exhibitor Discount Code”. Your Sponsor or Exhibitor Discount Code is your company name, all lowercase, with no spaces or special characters. Examples:
Booth representatives can register themselves for the event using the instructions below:
- Click the “Sponsor & Exhibitor Registration” button below.
- Enter a unique email for all registrations. (We cannot accept the same email for multiple registrations. The email must belong to the individual registrant, as we will use it to contact them regarding important health and safety information, including forms that must be completed personally.)
- Choose the “ODAC Sponsor” Registration Type.
- Complete the registration information.
- On the “Order Summary” page, enter your “Sponsor or Exhibitor Discount Code”.
- Submit your registration.
You can purchase additional Sponsor Registrations using the instructions above, without entering a Discount Code. The price for additional registrations is $599 each. ODAC 2022 will take place at the Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, Florida. ODAC has a block of rooms reserved at a discounted rate of $264/night plus taxes & fees. All sponsors and exhibitors are eligible to receive this special discounted rate if they book using the button below. This discounted rate is available until December 30th, 2021, or until the block sells out.

Several companies unaffiliated with ODAC or the Rosen Shingle Creek, have been posing as the official housing provider for the upcoming ODAC 2022 meeting. These companies may contact you directly to offer housing for the meeting via phone or through websites designed to deceive attendees and exhibitors.
Do not give your credit card information or make any reservations via phone or website, other than through the information provided in the link below from our official housing provider the Rosen Shingle Creek.

Company Logo, Description & Website Submissions
All sponsors and exhibitors are required to submit a company name, logo, description, and website URL to ODAC by December 1st, 2021 (or immediately upon contracting after this date). These items will be used on various print and digital assets during ODAC 2022 to advertise and thank our supporters. Please collect the following and submit using the button below.
- Company Name (How you would like your company name to appear on all assets.)
- Company Logo (Must be JPG or PNG. 500 pixels wide by 500 pixels high.)
- Company Description (Must be 25 words or less.)
- Company Website URL (What website would you like your company logo to link to.)

BOOTH FURNISHINGS & OTHER RENTALS
Rent Booth Furnishings Through GES
All sponsors and exhibitors are required to order booth furnishings through ODAC’s official exhibitor services provider GES. Please use the button below to order your booth carpet, drape, furniture, etc.
The discount deadline for booth furnishing orders is December 23rd, 2021.
The final deadline for booth furnishing orders is January 10th, 2022.
Rent Lead Retrieval Through Cvent
Enhance your experience at ODAC 2022 with an easy-to-use lead retrieval tool. We have partnered with Cvent to provide lead retrieval services through their app-based LeadCapture product.
If you already have a Cvent LeadCapture account, the Event Code to add ODAC 2022 is DD9B71CC3D6E. If you need help setting up your Cvent account, or if you have other questions about LeadCapture, please call Cvent Customer Support at 866-318-4357.
Please Note: For the health and safety of our exhibitors, LeadCapture will be limited to the “Bring Your Own Device” option this year. You will not be able to rent handheld scanning devices. All exhibitors will be able to download the Cvent LeadCapture app on their own phone/tablet to scan and track booth attendees.
Lead retrieval orders are due by January 7th, 2022.
Rent A/V, Power or Technology
The discount deadline for A/V, power & rigging orders is December 14th, 2021.
The final deadline for A/V power & rigging orders is January 7th, 2022.
The deadline for technology orders is December 30th, 2021.

ODAC is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged due to incorrect shipping procedures.
Shipping Items To Your Booth
All pallets, crates, cartons, and boxes intended for your ODAC 2022 Exhibit Booth MUST be shipped to the GES Advance Warehouse. No direct shipments to the hotel will be accepted. Any items shipped directly to the hotel will be refused and returned to sender.
All items shipped to your booth MUST use the official EXHIBIT BOOTH MATERIAL label linked below. This label must be printed in color, completed in full, and affixed to the outside of each box.
All items shipped to the GES Advance Warehouse are subject to material handling and drayage fees. To find out more about GES’s material handling, please use the button below to visit the GES’s portal.
If you do not have a preferred freight provider, GES can provide shipping and freight services for you. To find out more about freight service and pricing, please use the button below to visit the GES’s portal.
Shipments may begin arriving at the GES Advance Warehouse on December 10th, 2021.
All shipments must arrive at the GES Advance Warehouse by January 10th, 2022.
If your shipment is scheduled to arrive after January 10th, 2021, please call Emily Lynch-Fries immediately at 646-453-5726.
Shipping Items To Show Management
The only items that should be shipped to Show Management are:
- Registration Bag Items – Paper Goods or Product Samples (A minimum of 500 items needed)
- Room Drop Items (Quantity Per Agreement)
- Products to be used in General Session Demos (Injectables or Chemical Peels)
All other items MUST be shipped to your booth.
All items shipped to show management MUST use the official SHOW MANAGEMENT label linked below. This label must be printed in color, completed in full, and affixed to the outside of each box.
If you are shipping items to Show Management, there are 2 forms you MUST complete in order for GES to route your delivery properly. Failure to complete these forms means GES will NOT deliver your packages to Show Management and they will NOT be used onsite during the live event. All items shipped to Show Management are subject to GES’s material handling and drayage fees.

All shipments intended for Show Management must arrive by January 10th, 2022.
If your item arrives after January 10th, 2021, unfortunately it will not be used during the live event as we will not receive it.
